UO straticsで「 Eodon Slayer」で検索したところ、次の記述がありました。どうもイオドーン特攻の反特攻はイオドーン特攻以外の全モンスターだったようです。
These mobs will take double damage while you have the Eodon slayer equipped.
イオドーンスレイヤーを装備している間、イオドーン特攻に属さないすべてのモブから2倍のダメージを受けます。
